ABOUT THE FUND
1.1. "POTUZHNA UKRAINE" INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION is a charitable organization, the subject of which is the implementation of charitable activities in the interests of society and individual citizens.
1.2. The Foundation is a charitable organization with international status and its activities extend to the entire territory of Ukraine, the United States of America, as well as other countries, where branches, branches and representative offices of the Foundation will be established in accordance with the procedure established by law.
1.3. The Fund can and aims to create separate divisions (its branches, branches, representative offices) both in Ukraine and abroad.
1.4. The fund does not aim to generate profits and is a non-profit organization in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The income of the Fund is used exclusively for financing expenses for its maintenance, implementation of the purpose, goals, tasks and directions of activity defined by its founding documents.

THE PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES, SPHERES AND TASKS OF THE FUND
2.1. The main goal and main tasks of the Fund are:
- assistance in the implementation of state, public and business projects;
- promotion of economic and social development of territorial communities;
- support for the development of international contacts of citizens and public organizations, charitable organizations;
- attraction of grants, investments for the implementation of charitable programs of the Foundation and achievement of the goals of the Foundation;
- assistance in providing, providing assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, other military formations;
- assistance to victims of disasters, armed conflicts, hostilities, accidents, as well as victims of repression, refugees, internally displaced persons and persons;
- social, medical, psychological and legal assistance to servicemen and families of servicemen;
- assistance to social groups of the population who are neglected due to military actions (residents of orphanages, boarding schools, shelters for the elderly, rehabilitation centers, etc.);
- facilitating the provision of medical assistance to the population and providing care for the sick, persons with disabilities, lonely people, and the elderly;
- promoting the protection (protection) of motherhood and childhood, providing assistance to large and low-income families;
- assistance in the quality, availability and development of preschool, full general secondary, professional, professional, higher and postgraduate education;
- promotion of infrastructure development of territorial communities;
- promoting the protection of animals from cruel treatment.
FUND RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. In accordance with its statutory tasks and in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation, the Fund fully possesses the rights of a legal entity, in particular, it has the right to:
- attract international charitable assistance (in monetary and non-monetary form);
- to exchange information and specialists with relevant foreign organizations within the framework of the implementation of statutory tasks;
- to accept humanitarian aid from Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and individuals in the manner determined by the current legislation of Ukraine;
- organize and collect charitable donations and contributions from individuals and legal entities;
- conclude contracts and other transactions with Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and individuals in Ukraine and abroad;
- carry out volunteer activities and attract volunteers;
- unite with other charitable organizations in unions, associations and other associations;
- to carry out charitable activities in cooperation of the Foundation with state authorities and local self-government bodies and with the right to receive state support in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
- open bank accounts in national and foreign currencies;
3.2. The Foundation is obliged to periodically, but at least once a year, publish full reports on the sources and volumes of fundraising (property) for charitable activities and on the directions of its use.
3.3. The purpose of the Fund is not to receive and distribute profits among its founders and participants, members of management bodies, other persons related to them, as well as among employees of the Fund.
OBJECT AND TYPES OF FUND ACTIVITIES
4.1. The subject of the Fund's activity is voluntary selfless assistance that does not provide for the Fund to receive a profit.
4.2. Types of charitable activities of the Foundation:
- public collection of charitable donations;
- involvement of individuals and legal entities, including foreign ones;
- implementation of philanthropic activities;
- conducting charity auctions, non-monetary lotteries;
- provision of humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons;
- to ensure the provision of humanitarian aid to the military, the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- assistance in equipping the Ukrainian army with means of individual non-lethal protection (body armor, helmets);
- provision of legal and psychological assistance, compensation for housing rental costs to persons injured as a result of military aggression on the territory of Ukraine;
- arranging, ensuring the operation of heating and power supply points;
- provision of other types of aid that do not contradict the Laws of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations", "On Humanitarian Aid", other laws and this Charter.
SOURCES OF ASSETS (INCOME), FUND CONTROL AND REPORTING PROCEDURE
5.1. The sources of assets (income) of the Fund are:
- funds transferred to the property of the Foundation free of charge (including voluntary contributions of the participants of the Foundation, charitable donations, charitable grants;
-rights of use and other real property rights transferred to the Fund free of charge;
-results of services and works transferred to the Fund for a fee;
-income from property and property rights;
-income from deposits, securities, corporate rights belonging to the Fund.
5.2. It is prohibited to distribute the received income of the Fund or their parts among its founders (participants), employees (except for payment of their labor, calculation of a single social contribution), members of management bodies and other persons related to them.
The income of the Fund is used exclusively to finance expenses for the maintenance of the Fund, the realization of its purpose (goals, tasks) and areas of activity defined by this Statute.
5.3. The size of the Fund's administrative expenses cannot exceed 20 percent of the Fund's income in the current year. 5.4. The fund has the right to carry out economic activities without the goal of obtaining profit, which contributes to the achievement of its statutory goals.
5.5 Decisions of general meetings of Fund participants or transactions between the Fund and benefactors may determine the procedure for drawing up and providing special reports for individual benefactors or their legal successors on the use of assets provided by them.
Information on the structure and size of the Fund's income and expenses, as well as the conditions for using its assets for charitable activities, is not confidential information or a trade secret.
